I am new to the MAC world and was trying to get one of my kids older MacBook Air’s to work for my use. The OS hadn’t been updated since 2015 and was not compatible with the new MS Office for MAC I had purchased. Joe was sooooo helpful in getting my MAC updated and the MS software operational. Joe was great to work with and provided insight into general MAC operation and optimization as well. Joe was very patient with a very non-literate MAC newbie!!I will not hesitate to contact Joe again in the future, and recommend him to my friends. Joe is an exceptional tech support technician. I had a situation where my Windows Excel 2021 Pro Plus app kept crashing. In fact the problem got so bad that I wasn’t able to open some of my workbooks.I was so frustrated that I requested a refund. My intent was to buy an earlier more stable version of Excel from the vendor. The vendor recommended that before doing so that their tech guy would reach out to me.Once Joe and I connected and I explained the nature of the problem he immediately offered a solution. I followed his instructions and not only was I able to open workbooks that appeared to be corrupted, but the crashing ceased as well. I highly recommend Joe for general and high level technical problem solving.
